Kerry: Flip Floper Or Liar?

Perhaps Kerry's most salient characteristic is that he has now gained a very solid reputation as a very consistent "flip flopper." In fact in the last few days he has said, "I want to win" referring to the war in Iraq, but he has also said "it is the wrong war in the wrong place at the wrong time" which of course begs the question: does he really want to win? As voters we would like to know.
In trying to figure out what he really stands for, assuming we would even consider voting for a very consistent flip floper at a time of world war, one is immediately drawn to the Vietnam experience around which he built so much of his electoral persona. When he came back from his 3 month tour of duty, decorated with what many of his colleagues say are unearned medals, he was determined to do all he could to help end the war. In addition to flashing the probably faked medals, one of the things he did was proclaim that he had been fighting in Cambodia under orders from then President Nixon on Christmas Day. As he testified before Congree he said, "it is burned into my memory." It turned out to be a lie and Kerry admitted as much. Nixon had not been president on anywhere near the day in question and those who served with him all denied the story.
The lesson here is that not only is Kerry a flip floper, perhaps out of a lack of character or a lack of brain power, but also that he is willing to lie in pursuit of a goal about which he may or may not flip flop. comments: bje1000@aol.com

What you can say is Bush is consistent. So is Castro. Hitler was single minded and dogged. Kim Sung Il is a one tracker. Kadaffi used to be, but he recently began flip flopping - must be a sign of weakness in his old age.
