I read your very long winded article on "support" for Israel Click here: The American Thinker and found it, quite honestly, stupid, naive, and way off point. Real thinkers don't like Israel because it created 750,000 UN recognized refugees with its Zionist war in 1948, and since then has tried to steal even more land to create a "Greater Israel."
When Menachem Begin was elected he described this as "not occupying but liberating Judea and Summeria" which is pure Biblical fantasy, at best. His Likud Party, with American help, has now gone on to inflame the entire Muslim world, cause 9/11, and the current worldwide war on terror. Support for Likud has been and is very stupid; support for a just peace would have been very smart. Do you get it now?
Peace always could have been easily achieved with total separation by an internationally built and defended wall at the internationally recognized '67 borders, and paying off the Palestinians with 30-40 $Billion. Likud did not do this because it wanted to steal land from the Palestinians far more than it wanted peace.
America's blind support for Likud, and not peace, is based on accident, stupidity, guilt over the holocaust, and fear of anti-Semitism. We are the only ones in the world who blindly support Israel, i.e., Likud, and we have paid a huge and needless price for it. Get it now??

You would have a hard time convincing me that "people" who believe that the world was made in 7 days and that dinosaurs never existed are smarter than those who believe in science.
******I'm sure I would have a hard time if I tried, but I wouldn't try, obviously. I was not talking about "people" I was talking about Republicans who have stood for, primarily, freedom from gov't every since Jeffersonian formed the Party, and Democrats who have always stood, treasonously, for the exact opposite. Yes, the Republican Party enjoys support from many who believe in God just as the Democrats enjoy near unanimous support from those who are criminals. But, believers and criminals are not at the heart of either Party. Get it now?
